Job retention is to me is always being on time, good appearance and attire, good attitude, punctuality, and having a good first impression. I think that you can never stop learning something new. Being professional is always having a good attitude no matter who you are working with, being on time punctuality, and having a good appearance. I will try to be good to everyone and if there someone that I don't like or they don't like me then I will just try to stay out of there way to prevent trouble. If I have to work with the, on a project then I will focus on that project and try and get through it without any trouble between me and my co-worker. I will say that I have attained better workmanship on a camera, know how to use adobe photo shop, adobe premiere, and know how to make a website. Working hard, having a good attitude, and on time can result in a promotion or higher wage.
